Leaders For Change (LFC)

In this pilot project the CSO will reach out to the target group with food and other essential supplies, try to accurately quantify the problem and conduct a needs assessment.The grant will cover the costs of the food, and essential supplies, for the to be distributed care packages, as well as the surveys, personnel costs and cost of logistics. The information gathered during this project will be shared with the responsible ministries to design programs and services for this vulnerable, but often overlooked, target group of75 homeless and “rough sleepers” in the Philipsburg area.
